Terms of Service

1. Service

yitro provides an algorithmic trading distribution service. Signals are emitted by yitro's engine and fanned out to connected broker accounts authorised by the subscriber.

2. Risk

Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Subscribers acknowledge they could lose 100% of equity on a connected account.

3. Fees

See /pricing for current plan + performance-fee terms. Performance fee runs on a high-water mark; no fee on losing months.

4. Data

Subscriber credentials are encrypted at rest. Trade history and audit logs are stored indefinitely for compliance and operator reference.
